Thai Tuna aka PB&J TF (peanut butter & jelly tunafish)

  • 1- 6.5 oz can water packed white tuna
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1.5 Tsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tsp mayonnaise 
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper (I prefer the ground chipotle pepper from Penzey’s Spices)


  • Chunky peanut butter
  • Major Grey's chutney
  • Artesian bread (sliced)


  1. Mix tuna, green onions,lemon juice, mayonnaise, cilantro, mint, and cayenne.
  2. Slice and toast bread
  3. Spread bread slice with peanut butter, chutney, and top with tuna. Sprinkle cilantro on top. 
  4. Serve open faced.
